The Union County Wrestling incentive program was developed to promote our mission here at Union County Wrestling. The incentive program encourages and rewards Union County Wrestling student athlete’s who strive for excellence not only on the mat, but also in the classroom.  It rewards hard work, courage, discipline, and community involvement.  Winning wrestling matches is very important, but our most important goal and mission is to develop student athletes that are hardworking, self motivated, goal oriented, and leaders in our community.
